Using SMTP direct addressing interface
Bulk SMS MT Submission from client
In order to transmit delivery requests, you have to send your e-Mails to:
- destination-number@accountname.smsgate.truesenses.com
 This method needs to be provisioned by us. Please contact us if you wish to use the SMTP direct addressing interface.
If you have an outgoing SPAM-Filter or other outgoing rulesets in your cooperation, please consult your IT in order to whitelist this destination address.
All mails shall be sent in text mode only.

In this example, a combination of the e-Mail subject and body will be used.
Provisioning options
- SUBJECT, BODY or MIXTURE
We can configure your account to either use the SUBJECT, the BODY or a MIXTURE of those fields as the SMS content.
- Include Sender Short Address
It is possible to include the short address before the @ sign inside of the SMS content. In this example this would be 'my.name'.
- Include Sender Long Address
It is possible to include the long address inside of the SMS content. In this example this would be 'my.name@my.company.com'..
- ORIGIN
The
default origin will be applied for messages that are sent through the direct addressing interface.
Once your account is provisioned for the direct addressing interface, you can configure the default origin in the administration section.
It is possible to use several default origins, depending on prefix or number you are sending to. For example you can specify a different default origin for SMS sent to country A and country B.
Security options
- Server authentication
Since there are no account names and passwords used, the authentication is performed according the sending e-Mail server.
Once your account is provisioned for the direct addressing interface, you can configure the allowed sending servers in the administration section.
