- The network is officially
opened.
- There seems to be some kind of limit to send SMS to a customer
of the other network-operator.
- We receive contradictionary
information from our customers: Some do not have any
problems at all to
send out their SMS, some do have problems. It is not always
possible to
reconstruct and understand what actually happend.
